Sarah received her BA from Simpson College and her Masters of Social Work from the University of Iowa. She has over 20 years experience working with adults in outpatient and inpatient settings. Sarah joined Mason Associates in 2024. She has extensive background and expertise in geriatric mental health. Sarah works primarily with adults struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss or relationship issues. She is skilled and trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and person centered therapy.
